Full refunds for unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. No receipt necessary unless we don’t see it on your account. Opened products can be exchanged for the same product or funds can be placed on a gift card or as account credit for future purchases. No returns on gift cards, packages, or facial cosmetics.

Services

We ensure the quality of our services by providing the courtesy of doing complimentary redos on all our services with the original service provider when notified within 7 days of the original appointment. Redos are at our sole discretion. We will charge for services that are done that we determine are outside the scope of the original consultation. Services can only be guaranteed when the professional recommended salon products are being used at home and care instructions by the service provider are followed.
