Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We require a card on file for reservations. Your card data is protected. Please give us more than 24 hours notice for cancelling, rescheduling, or significantly modifying your reservation. An example of significantly modifying is cancelling a color service, but keeping the haircut. A charge of 50% of the scheduled service will be applied for notice within 24 hours of your reservation. Reservations that are missed without notice will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Arriving 15 minutes late or longer is considered a no-notice cancellation as the service provider can’t guarantee enough time to complete the service or services. Exceptions to our cancellation policy are at our sole discretion.

Microblading, Lash Extensions, and Full Keratin Treatment

A deposit and card on file is required. The deposit is refundable up until two weeks before the scheduled reservation. Deposit is nonrefundable less than 2 weeks before the reservation. The deposit will be applied towards your balance due after the service is performed. Rescheduled appointments 2 weeks or sooner, the deposit will remain on file to be used for the rescheduled service. If no-showed, canceled, or rescheduled less than 48 hours before appointment or arriving 15 minutes late (reservation canceled), your deposit will be forfeited and a 50% charge of the service price will be made with the card on file. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.

Full Keratin Treatment deposit is $75.
Microblading full application deposit is $100.
Lash Extensions full application deposit is $50.

Wedding Reservations


A card on file is required to reserve wedding parties. A $200 deposit is required for four or more people. The deposit is refundable up until two weeks before wedding day. Cancellations from two weeks to one week before will be charged 50% of services scheduled with the card on file. One week up to wedding day notice or no notice will be a 100% charge of the services scheduled with the card on file. If the $200 deposit is more than what the person's total is that day, the rest will be refunded to the card on file. If some people no-show or cancel and others don't, this policy still applies.

Hair Extensions


A free consultation and 50% deposit is required to book a hair extensions application. Pricing will be quoted at the consultation. We often place the order for the hair and take the deposit during the consultation. Deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellation or changes to your hair extensions application appointment must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. You must then make a new appointment and another deposit will be required. If you change the color or texture of your hair between the consultation and the application appointment, you agree to notify Genesis Hair & Day Spa prior to the application appointment to schedule a new consultation. A new deposit may be necessary.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

You can cancel or reschedule online by clicking our "Book Online" button, log in, click the welcome hamburger menu>My Appointments>Future Appointments. Click cancel or reschedule for the service you are needing to change. You will not be able to do this online within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please call to give us notice.
