Lauren helps ensure every Genesis guest feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Known for her kind and hospitable personality, she keeps the day running smoothly while helping guests feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.

Lauren has been part of the Genesis team since 2021 and plays an important role in creating the welcoming, guest-centered experience the salon is known for.
As Guest Experience Manager, Lauren helps guide the flow of the salon day—from greeting guests and coordinating appointments to ensuring each visit runs smoothly for both guests and the Genesis team. Her kind and hospitable personality helps create an atmosphere where guests immediately feel comfortable and taken care of.
Lauren especially enjoys welcoming guests as they arrive and helping create an organized, relaxed environment so every appointment feels seamless.
Outside of the salon, Lauren enjoys spending time with loved ones and taking time for self-care, including yoga and skincare. She’s also part of the Genesis family—her cousins Sarah and Tania are the salon’s co-owners—making the salon a place that feels like home both personally and professionally.
