For special occasions, we discuss your outfit, the event, and how long you need the style to last. For wedding hair, we look at inspiration photos, your dress, any hair accessories, and the overall vibe of your day.
Great styling starts with clean, prepped hair. For blowouts, we shampoo and condition. For updos and special occasion styles, we assess your hair texture and add products or prep as needed to ensure your style holds and looks polished.
Our stylists use techniques tailored to your hair type and the look you're going for. For blowouts, that might mean creating volume at the roots, smoothing the ends, or adding movement with a round brush. For updos, we section, tease, pin, and style to create a look that's secure, elegant, and flattering from every angle.

Actually, no. Updos hold better in hair that’s a day or two old – freshly washed hair can be slippery and harder to work with. If your hair is really dirty, give it a quick rinse the night before, but don’t wash it the morning of your appointment.
For regular blowouts and styling, a week or two is usually fine. For special occasions and updos, we recommend booking 4 weeks in advance, especially if you’re particular about which stylist you want.
A blowdry is included with all complete haircuts and color services. Extra time to curl or flat iron is an additional fee.
Yes, we offer special occasion styling for weddings and formal events. However, we do not travel for weddings or bridal hair. For bridal hair, we recommend booking a trial appointment before your wedding day so we can create your look and make any adjustments you need.
A card on file is required to reserve wedding parties. A $200 deposit is required for four or more people. The deposit is refundable up until two weeks before wedding day. Cancellations from two weeks to one week before will be charged 50% of services scheduled with the card on file. One week up to wedding day notice or no notice will be a 100% charge of the services scheduled with the card on file. If the $200 deposit is more than what the person’s total is that day, the rest will be refunded to the card on file. If some people no-show or cancel and others don’t, this policy still applies.
If you plan to wear hair extensions, a consultation is required before booking your updo. If you have any hair accessories or veils you plan to wear, bring them so we can work with them during your appointment. Also bring inspiration photos if you have a specific look in mind.
