Genesis Hair & Day Spa is a full-service salon dedicated to delivering exceptional beauty and wellness experiences. Our salon offers a welcoming, professional environment with a focus on growth, creativity, and high-quality service. We are currently looking for full-time & part-time cosmetologists.
Qualifications
• Active Cosmetology License (required)
• Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical services
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Willingness to continue education and stay current with trends
• Team-oriented mindset
Your Responsibilities
• Provide hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
• Promote salon products and services
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques
• Support team members and contribute to a positive salon environment
We offer structured apprenticeships with comprehensive training with our experienced team members & ongoing education opportunities to further your craft.
Genesis Hair & Day Spa prides itself with clear pathways to advance your career as you complete additional training & build your skills. You can take clients while you train. As you master a service, we'll open your schedule for it.
