Qualifications
* Must be at least 16 years old
* Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred (salon or spa experience a plus)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and point-of-sale software
* Professional appearance and friendly, positive attitude
* Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
* Dependable and detail-oriented
Job Duties
* Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience
* Schedule and confirm appointments using salon software
* Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with booking services
* Process transactions and handle cash, credit cards, and gift cards
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area
* Support stylists and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
* Promote salon services, products, and special offers
* Assist with retail sales and manage inventory

Qualifications
• Active Cosmetology License (required)
• Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical services
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele

• Willingness to continue education and stay current with trends
